Between 10:17 and 10:39 UTC on 5 October, the dashboard, the API and in-browser calls in our Europe region were unavailable. During this time new outbound calls and browser calls could not be started, and call summaries and webhooks were delayed. Incoming phone calls continued to be answered. Service was fully restored at 10:39 UTC. The cause was a resource issue on one of our core servers, which we resolved by restarting it. We have identified what led to it and are adding monitoring and safeguards to prevent a recurrence.
